Before you go to bed tonight, make a complete list of everything you have to do, want to do, should do, ought to do – without planning to do any of these tasks today.
Get as much rest as you possibly can. Go to bed early if possible. Sleep in if possible. When you wake up put off everything you can.
Mark those items on your list that must be done. Focus on any one of these “must do” items and get as much done as you can.
Also, make a list of the things you actually get done. Just having a list of milestones is always encouraging.
