Focus on whatever is right and positive in life. Don’t allow yourself to dwell on the negative parts of your life.
Was the family you grew up in typically positive or negative in their comments, approach to life, or view of you? Even if you grew up in a very negative family, you can learn to be more positive by simply keeping focused day after day on what’s going right, the positive side of things, the “half full glass.”
It may take several years, but you can learn to use your analytical skills to see what is right with a person or situation instead of just focusing on what is wrong.
Make a list of all the positive things you can think of about the person you are frustrated with or the situation you find yourself in today.
Starting today – you can begin to become a positive person for the rest of your life!
