One day at a time – I’ve heard the words sung, have heard them quoted in the form of prayers and advice, and have seen them printed on plaques and cards.
I agree with the premise, but find that I sometimes need to trust God for only “this moment.” A day seems like too much, but - moment-by-moment - the moments become a day. God promises to give us what we need – and He always does – but sometimes he does so, “one moment at a time.”
