One way to maintain balance, in life, is to regularly rate each of the seven areas by asking yourself, "On a scale of 1-10, how happy am I with each of these areas?"
Focus on the category (or categories) in which you need help. Set a measurable priority for addressing that area, mark your calendar to follow your progress – and you will be on your way to living a more balanced life! |
